Psyllium husk powder 3.4 g per 5.9g dose.
Directions:
Mix 5.9 g (approximately 1½ teaspoons) of Metamucil with 250 mL of your preferred liquid. Stir thoroughly until well combined and consume immediately. Ensure adequate fluid intake throughout the day.Storage Instructions: Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place. Keep the lid tightly closed to protect the product from moisture and humidity.
Health and Product Warnings
Keep this product out of the reach of children. Always take with sufficient liquid, as consuming without adequate fluid may cause the fibre to swell and lead to choking or blockage of the throat or oesophagus.
Bulk fibre supplements may interfere with the absorption of certain medications. If you are taking oral prescription medicines, consume this product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after your medication to reduce any potential interaction.
As your body adapts to increased fibre intake, temporary changes in bowel habits or mild bloating may occur.
