Refund and Returns Policy

At AusShoppers BD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.

1. Refunds

1.1 You are entitled to a refund if:

• The product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

• The product does not match the specifications or description on our website.

1.2 Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned item and inspect it.

1.3 Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

1.4 Change of mind refunds are not covered unless explicitly stated.

2. Returns

2.1 You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging.

• All tags, manuals, and accessories are included.

2.2 To initiate a return, contact our customer support.

2.3 Return shipping:

• Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs from Bangladesh to Australia, unless the product is faulty or damaged during shipping.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

2.4 We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

3.1 If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please:

• Take photos of the item and packaging

• Contact us within 2 days of delivery

3.2 We will either:

• Replace the item at no cost, or

• Refund the full purchase price including shipping

4. Processing Refunds

4.1 Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at checkout.

4.2 Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the product is damaged or faulty.

4.3 Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. International Shipping Note

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees for Bangladesh are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds or returns do not cover customs charges or taxes paid by the customer.
